1. Services

We provide junk removal and hauling services within Boise, Idaho, and surrounding areas. Services are scheduled by appointment and subject to availability.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Quotes are provided based on volume, weight, or item type.
• Final price may change if the load differs from the estimate.
• Payment is due at the time of service (cash, card, or approved payment method).
• Late or failed payments may result in additional charges.

3. Items We Do Not Accept

We cannot remove certain hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, paint, asbestos, biohazards) unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for disclosing all items for pickup.

4. Access & Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and items for removal. We are not responsible for damage caused by unsafe property conditions.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for items mistakenly included for removal.
• Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
